Beautifully done.. I myself have lost a ton of weight with it and really turned my life and body around. It is as if Charles believes all I do is worry about panic disorder 24 hours a day! And oh of course we are to "embrace the panic" as the symptoms are a natural thing. I understand why the author made certain convos go the way they did but I often felt it was unnecessary and made the heroine come off extremely immature and dim. Neither Gregor nor Val are your traditional hero or heroine but I fell head over heels for both. Both characters seemed very realistic and true to life for me, because in spite of their professions they were very human and had deep seated emotions. I am writing this review after in regards to actually doing the Linden Method program itself. Richey documents his symptoms and ultimately successful treatment, but his most valuable service is describing his continuing struggles. After all, these are the same pundits who praised J.T.
