I realize we read fiction to escape sometimes, but I don't feel like I connect with these Christians, because they don't seem like real people, and their lives are too neat and tidy by the end of the story or the end of the series. I have shared many of his tips and ideas and encouraged others to embrace his wisdomwith much success.
There are so many great tools in this book that you can EASILY implement in your daily living. Broc and Lael left with nooses around their neck next to be hung and executed just as The Buther enters the keep and stops their executions that the former Maddog MacLaren authorizes without even a trial. I recommend it.
Easy reading as well.. While peppered with well written tastes of homo eroticism, its main appeal is the genuineness of its protagonist, Javier, as he comes of age as a young gay man in Latin America.
