This book is very good in one way, but not so good in others. However, it doesn't have the maps and pictures that the original volumes sported.
Great personal recollections of a man who lead the troops fearlessly in the war.. I'd definitely recommend this book. I'm a cost effective, homeschooling parent and since the material is pretty basic, you can create a satisfactory curriculum using all of the wkbks as a guide to teach the basic concepts; from the 1st-3rd grade without the hardcover editions which are about $45 per grade level! The teacher's editions are sold separately as well. I know how hard it can be to keep the heritage moving into my own younger children and because of this, I have a great respect for what Gladys is doing with her book.
After reading Africa ABC it is obvious Gladys has a keen understanding of the way children think. Either of these are as good or better than "Tales of the Norse Warrior Gods", and are more representative of the true tales of
