I have practiced psychotherapy for 25 years and rarely find self-help books that warrant recommending to my clients and friends, but this is a rare exception. While peppered with well written tastes of homo eroticism, its main appeal is the genuineness of its protagonist, Javier, as he comes of age as a young gay man in Latin America. An easily read eBook edition that allows me to bring it with me wherever I go without having to tote a physical book around. All in all, as with every book of Ms. When he came out with this book I ordered it the same day and was in love with it. Even if you've never experienced significant depression or mood swings, the suggestions in this book will help you enjoy improved and more consistent physical and emotional health, which of course leads to better relationships, professional performance, and overall quality of life.. definitely a "filler" novel.
