L. T. (Lowell Thomas) Murray became something of a legend during his own lifetime when he became known as a Pacific Northwest logger. He was from Ohio, a rank outsider not born into the timber industry as were most of the scions of Puget Sound limbering families.
There is an introduction by Jeffry Wert, and that appears to be the extent of the work done in preparation for this volume's release. Without spoiling, I was cheering at the timely and truly creative method of demise of a major playerThis book is fast-paced and I believe the trilogy is movie worthy!
In an earlier post about Archon, the first book in the series, I said the book was for serious readers who are looking for a new take on a subject that has been beaten to death. It relies on communication between player and game master--and really, let's be honest, not many advanced players ever really start with basic creation these days. All in all, as with every book of Ms. I almost bought it, hoping for new content, but all "preview content" seems to show it's just a new cover, and no new material.
