I will be recommending this book to our tech clients along with some of my engineering buddies who are convinced that they are marketers.. Too many Americans think "terrorist" every time they hear the word Palestinian. I LOVE IT! I didn't see the little CD icon on the upper left corner of the book. To create new categories, an organization must be involved in finding concepts, evaluating them, using them to define new categories, and creating barriers for competitors. Apparently, the old textbook for my class had too much code and not enough explaination. People in various ethnic groups are as different as, (for example): Al Capone and Mario Lanza, (Italian descent); and Meyer Lansky and Jonas Salk, (Jewish descent). I recall at that time thinking it was an enjoyable, easy read, but not what I was expecting from the author of Watchmen. They go on to provide detailed examples of how to use this new infrastructure to provide the services necessary to support a modern network installation
